For almost twenty years, customer experience has been CGA’s focus, pioneering its use from textbook theory to accepted boardroom practice. With all that experience under our belts, we have developed exhaustive knowledge, proven methodologies, creative implementation and a unique, hands-on approach. However, we’re not resting on our laurels. We’re approaching the next twenty years head on, with a new, strong identity, an extensive menu of proprietary tools and a transformative approach.

Customer and Employee Experience excite us, they are our obsession, and our new identify reflects our ambition to help our own clients navigate the world of experience in how we live, work and travel.
We are rolling out our new brand across all the business and you may have already noticed it on our website and in some of our other marketing. We hope you like it as much as we do. The rebrand reflects our strong heritage, which has enabled us to build and develop our expertise, but has a firm view to the future, where we aim to help many more businesses navigate the world of customer and employee experience, today, tomorrow and long into the future.
